TSPS courses are taught by qualified instructors. Each has many years of instructional experience here in Japan and overseas. They are overseen by our Squadron Education Officer:

Jeff is a long-serving member of TSPS and sits on the Bridge as Squadron Education Officer (SEO). Jeff has met all requirements set out by the USPS to become the SEO and is lead instructor for advanced courses, workshops, and seminars. His excellent training abilities have led to many members receiving certification in advanced boating disciplines.
